Architects and Plans
Lauer Construction is pleased to offer the services of architect partners who work with us on design-build projects. Our architects are creative and experienced in all types of architectural styles, marrying the dreams and needs of our customers with the environmental and regulatory demands of the property. Alternatively, Lauer Construction can utilize your architecture plans. We are willing to review and comment on any plans or drawings you may have in-hand.
Honesty and integrity
Lauer Construction will provide you with an honest assessment of your project based on our experience and knowledge. Our proposals are presented with detailed line items so customers can clearly see what is projected for each item. We work closely with our customers throughout the project to stay within budget and advise them when selections or modifications could exceed budget projections.
Open Communications
We actively foster and encourage communications between our customers and the onsite supervisors, insuring that everyone involved knows what you, the customer, is striving for. Building a home requires many decisions, both large and small, that impact the final result. At Lauer Construction we welcome our customers to be as involved in the building process as they want to be. Some of our customers prefer a hands-off approach and ask that we make many of the decisions, while others like to be involved in all aspects of the building process. When Lauer Construction builds your home, you choose just how involved you want to be.
We assist our customers through the design and materials selection process to assure the project meets the objectives while staying within budget. We do this by utilizing both our knowledge and experience augmented by the expertise of our subcontractors and suppliers. When customers have an unusual or special request, we apply our creativity and past experience to identify the best solution. We provide our customers with a list of preferred vendors and agents, as well as links to building resources.

Lauer Construction maintains a dedicated, skilled team of more than 40 field employees who are able to work on all aspects of a construction project — from site preparation to framing to custom carpentry. The in-house labor force of Lauer Construction ensures quality workmanship and timely completions. The field team is guided by top-notch project administrators, supported by an experienced office staff, and supplemented by subcontractors, licensed and insured, with proven track records.
